Frequently asked questions
Do porcupine dates break down medication or flush out injections?
We make no such claim. There is no clinical evidence that porcupine dates break down drug compounds or clear injected substances. Porcupine dates are a traditional edible product, not a medicine. If you have concerns about a treatment, discuss them with the doctor who prescribed it.
Can I take it after an injection or while on medication?
Ask your doctor first. Any supplement taken alongside medication may interact, and only a doctor who knows what you have been given can judge it. As a general rule it is not taken at the same time as medication.
What if I feel unwell after taking it?
Stop taking it and speak to a doctor. If you are also on medication, tell them the product name and the amount you took so they can assess it properly.
