Porcupine Dates Treatment

Authentic Porcupine Dates, USM & SGS Tested Since 2004

Porcupine dates have traditionally been used in Southeast Asia as a natural remedy across multiple recovery areas. At Tong Xin Yuan, we focus exclusively on porcupine bezoar research, with USM and SGS lab-certified products supporting five key treatment categories.

5 Treatment Areas Supported by Porcupine Dates

1

Cancer Recovery

Porcupine dates contain 93% tannins — powerful antioxidants known for tissue repair, detoxifying effects against heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and copper, and anti-inflammatory properties. They are rich in three key compounds: bromelain, plant sterols, and tannins, which support recovery for breast, colon, lung, nasopharyngeal, liver, and prostate cancer patients.

2

Diabetic & Surgical Wound Recovery

Porcupine dates are rich in amino acids, including Alanine, Glycine, Isoleucine, Lysine, Methionine, Proline, and Serine. These amino acids play a crucial role in promoting wound healing and tissue repair — making them especially supportive for diabetic wounds and post-surgical recovery.

3

Dengue Recovery

Porcupine dates have traditionally been used in Southeast Asia as a remedy for dengue. Porcupine bezoar contains rich amounts of PDTF, BDTF, and tannic acid. Studies have shown that the antiviral activity of BDTF and PDTF is 5 to 6 times higher than that of conventional drugs, effectively suppressing dengue viruses.

4

Flu & Injection Recovery

After vaccination or a bout of the flu, the body often experiences fever, fatigue, muscle aches, and persistent inflammation. Porcupine bezoar is rich in bromelain, tannic acid, and plant sterols, which help break down residual viral proteins, reduce inflammatory responses, and accelerate metabolic recovery — a powerful natural aid for post-viral care, energy restoration, and immune rebuilding.

5

Postpartum Recovery

Postpartum mothers often face challenges such as slow uterine contraction, prolonged lochia, delayed wound healing, and severe fatigue. Porcupine bezoar is naturally rich in high concentrations of amino acids, tannic acid, and plant sterols, which can effectively accelerate tissue repair, reduce bleeding and inflammation, restore energy, and strengthen immunity — helping the body return to a stable, healthy state more quickly.

Frequently asked questions

Do porcupine dates treat disease?
We do not claim that, and no clinical trial has shown it. Porcupine dates are a traditional edible product, not a medicine, and do not replace medical treatment. If you are managing a condition, follow your doctor's plan and discuss anything you intend to take with them.
What does the published research actually show?
One paper studied porcupine bezoar directly: Yew, Lim and Lee, Pharmacognosy Magazine 2019;15(65):523–531 (DOI 10.4103/pm.pm_620_18), an in vitro study on human colon cancer cell lines. It is cell-culture work — a long way from a human outcome. See the research page.
Can I take it alongside my medication?
Ask your doctor first. Any supplement taken with medication may interact, and only a doctor who knows your prescriptions can judge it. As a general rule it is not taken at the same time as medication.
How much should a family prepare?
It depends on the intended duration and the product line — traditionally milled uses more per serving, nano less. Tell us the expected duration and we will work out the weight and per-gram cost. Whether to take it at all should go to your doctor first.
